1. Orders will only be shipped on business days, which is from Monday-Friday.
   2. All are expedited orders require a street address
   3. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
   4. Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping address or certain items
   5. Shipping is available only for the 4 states. Currently, we do not ship to other territories
   6. We will try to ship items as soon as possible. However, it takes about 2-4 business days to process items.

Return Policy:

1. To get a replacement or return an item, call back us and confirm your Order Number and the reason for replacement or return. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return or replacement without our confirmation.

Refund Policy:
