No-Return Policy

Due to the specialized nature of industrial machinery, including:

And the unique activation keys required for CAD software, all sales are final. Once the product is sold and dispatched or installed, it is not taken back.

Hardware Inspection

Customers are strongly encouraged to thoroughly inspect the machinery at the time of installation. Any transit damage must be reported to our technician or customer support within 24 hours for part-replacement under warranty.

Software Refunds

No refunds are provided for CAD license fees or Juvee ERP subscriptions once the digital activation key has been generated or the account has been provisioned. We encourage users to participate in a live demo before purchase.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once the EMI process has been initiated or the machinery has been crated for shipment. Please ensure all requirements are clear before placing an order.
