Yes - for all hardware products including laser cutting machines, plotters, and projectors, our engineers perform in-person installation and calibration at your premises anywhere in South India.

What if I face issues with the software outside business hours?

Is there a support charge after the warranty period?

Phone and WhatsApp software support is provided free of charge. On-site visits for hardware service after the warranty period may incur travel and service charges - our team will give you a clear quote upfront.
