Initial Screening

Our team reviews your application and reaches out within 5 working days. Shortlisted candidates are invited for a brief phone or video call.

Interview & Assignment

A short conversation with the relevant team lead, sometimes followed by a small task or assignment relevant to your role - nothing too long.

Offer & Onboarding

Selected interns receive an offer letter, start date confirmation and onboarding schedule. You'll hit the ground running from your very first day.

Eligibility

Who we're looking for

Academic Background
Students in final year of degree or diploma programs
Recent graduates (within 1 year of completion)
Relevant fields: Fashion Design, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Media & Communications
ITI / Polytechnic students in tailoring, fashion or technology disciplines
What We Value
Genuine curiosity about tailoring technology and Indian fashion
Eagerness to learn and take initiative - not just follow instructions
Good communication skills in at least one South Indian language or English
Willingness to work in-person at one of our four branch offices
