Does the tailoring CAD software work in Tamil?

Yes. The software runs in English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu and Kannada, and you can switch language at any time. On-site training is given in the language your team works in.

Do I need drafting experience to use it?

No. You enter the customer's measurements, choose the style from the 1000+ pattern library, and the software drafts and grades the full-size pattern for you. That is the point of it - a shop without a master cutter can still deliver a master-cut fit.

Can I use it with my existing printer?

The software exports DXF, PLT, PDF, JPG and PNG, so it drives standard printers as well as Fashion Dot pattern printers, plotters and laser cutters. For full-scale output on paper we recommend a wide-format pattern printer.

Is it a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription?

It is bought once, with lifetime software updates included - there is no monthly fee. Hardware, installation and training are quoted with the package.

What happens after I buy - who sets it up?

Fashion Dot installs the software on your machine, configures it for your patterns and gives a full day of hands-on training on site. After that you have 24/7 phone and WhatsApp support.
