Refund & Return Policy

Our policy for high-value industrial equipment, CAD software licences, Juvee ERP subscriptions and EMI-funded orders - please read carefully before purchase.

Not Eligible
No Refunds / Returns Hardware machinery, CAD licence fees, Juvee ERP subscriptions and EMI-initiated orders are non-refundable once dispatched or activated.
Covered
Transit Damage Replacement Transit-damaged parts reported within 24 hours of installation are replaced under warranty at no cost to you.
Section 01
No-Return Policy

Due to the highly specialised and custom-configured nature of FashionDot's industrial products, all sales are final. Once a product has been sold and either dispatched or installed at the customer's premises, it will not be taken back under any circumstance.

This policy applies to all hardware products, including:

Tailoring CAD Pattern Printers
Tailoring CAD Plotter Machines
Tailoring CAD Laser Cutting Machines
Tailoring CAD Projector Systems
Important: Each machine is configured, tested and calibrated specifically for your purchase. The activation keys for CAD software are unique and non-transferable. This makes returns technically infeasible.

We strongly recommend booking a free live demo before placing an order to ensure the product is the right fit for your requirements. All product demonstrations clearly show full functionality and answer your questions before any commitment is made.

Our recommendation: Book a free demo before purchase. Our specialists will walk you through the product in person or via video call - ensuring you make a fully informed decision.

Section 02
Hardware Inspection & Transit Damage

All FashionDot hardware products are dispatched in purpose-built packaging designed to withstand transit. Upon delivery, a trained FashionDot technician will be present (or will schedule a visit) to perform the installation and conduct a thorough commissioning check.

Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect all machinery at the time of installation alongside the technician. This is your opportunity to identify any transit damage, missing components or cosmetic defects before the installation is signed off.

Any transit damage must be reported to the attending technician or our customer support team within 24 hours of installation. Damaged parts reported within this window will be replaced under warranty at no cost.

The following are covered under the transit damage clause:

Physically damaged components identified during installation
Missing accessories or parts listed in the product's packing checklist
Functional defects caused by transit that are identified and documented during installation

Damage reported after the 24-hour window, or damage caused by improper use, power surges, or environmental factors, is not covered under the transit damage clause and will be handled under the standard warranty or service agreement.

Section 03
Software Refunds

FashionDot's software products - including Tailoring CAD licences and Juvee ERP subscriptions - are non-refundable once the digital activation key has been generated or the account has been provisioned on our servers.

This applies to:

CAD software licence fees (Printer, Plotter, Projector software)
Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals
Juvee ERP monthly or annual subscriptions after account provisioning
SizeHub pattern orders once the pattern file has been generated and delivered

We strongly encourage all prospective customers to attend a live product demonstration before purchasing any software. Demos are free, detailed, and available in person at any of our four branches or via video call.

Section 04
Order Cancellations

Orders for FashionDot hardware and software cannot be cancelled once the order has entered either of the following stages:

The EMI or financing process has been initiated (documents submitted, approval in progress or completed)
The machinery has been crated or prepared for shipment at our warehouse
A CAD software activation key has been generated for your registered device
Please ensure all your product requirements, space availability, power supply specifications and connectivity needs are confirmed before placing your order. Our pre-sale team is happy to assist with a site assessment at no cost.

If you are uncertain about any aspect of your order, contact our team before initiating payment. We would much rather help you make the right decision upfront than deal with a post-purchase dispute.
