Data Collection

FashionDot collects business identity information, GST registration details, and technical data required to activate and manage CAD software licences, ERP subscriptions and related services. This information is used solely for the purpose of delivering, activating and managing the services you have purchased.

The categories of data we may collect include:

Business name, proprietor/director name and contact details
GST Identification Number (GSTIN) and business registration details
Email address and phone/WhatsApp number for service communication
Installation address and service location details
Technical data (device identifiers, IP addresses) required to activate software licences

Section 02

Software & ERP Data

For customers using Juvee ERP, your operational data - including customer records, order history, measurements and billing data - is hosted securely on FashionDot's servers.

FashionDot does not access your proprietary garment designs or customer databases unless explicitly required to provide technical support that you have formally requested. Your business data is yours.

For CAD software products (Printer, Plotter, Projector), the software operates locally on your hardware. FashionDot does not transmit or store your pattern files or design data on our servers during normal operation.

Licence activation and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) renewals may require periodic communication with FashionDot's licence servers to validate your subscription status. This process does not involve transmission of your design or business data.

Section 03

For customers who apply for in-house EMI financing, we collect financial documents necessary to assess and process the financing application. These may include:

Bank statements (typically 3-6 months)

Address proof documentation
Business ownership or registration documents (where applicable)
All financial documents are stored with bank-grade encryption and are never shared with third parties, except as required by law or to facilitate the financing process with our banking partners.

FashionDot does not store your debit card, credit card or UPI details. All online payment transactions are processed through certified third-party payment gateways that are PCI-DSS compliant.

Section 04
