Terms & Conditions

Our terms governing software licensing, in-house EMI funding, payment obligations, hardware installation and service provisions - effective for all FashionDot customers.

Fashion Dot Young Laser India Pvt. Ltd.
Effective: January 2026
Jurisdiction: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Section 01

Software Licensing

All FashionDot software products are sold as licences, not as permanent ownership of the software itself. By activating any FashionDot software product, you agree to the licence terms applicable to that product.

Tailoring CAD Software

Use of Tailoring CAD software (Printer, Plotter, Projector editions) is subject to a valid Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The AMC covers software updates, bug fixes and access to technical support.

Failure to renew your AMC before the expiry date will result in the suspension of technical support and software updates. The software will continue to function in its current state but will not receive further improvements or patches until renewal.

AMC renewals are the customer's responsibility. FashionDot will attempt to notify customers in advance of AMC expiry but cannot guarantee delivery of renewal reminders sent via email or WhatsApp.

Juvee ERP

Juvee is a subscription-based service, available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Access to the Juvee platform, including all features, data storage and support integrations, is revoked immediately upon subscription expiry.

Data retention after expiry: Your data is retained on FashionDot's servers for 30 days after subscription expiry. If you do not renew within this period, your data may be permanently deleted. We strongly recommend exporting your data before your subscription lapses.

Section 02

In-House EMI (Funding)

For products funded directly through FashionDot's in-house EMI programme, FashionDot retains absolute legal ownership of the equipment until the final instalment is paid in full. The customer is granted a right to use the equipment during the repayment period, subject to compliance with all EMI obligations.

During the EMI period:

The customer may not sell, transfer, pledge or otherwise dispose of the equipment
The customer is responsible for maintaining the equipment in good working condition
FashionDot reserves the right to inspect the equipment at the customer's premises with reasonable notice
Full ownership is transferred to the customer only upon receipt of the final EMI payment
Section 03

Default on Payments

Strict Clause: Non-payment of EMIs (in-house) or loan repayments (bank-linked) will lead to the immediate discontinuation of all software services and remote deactivation of CAD licences until all outstanding dues are cleared in full.

This clause applies to all FashionDot products purchased under EMI or bank-facilitated financing, including:

Tailoring CAD Software licences (Printer, Plotter, Projector)
Juvee ERP subscriptions linked to an EMI product purchase
Any hardware product with an active software component that is covered under the same financing agreement

Reactivation of software services following a payment default will occur only after:

All overdue EMI instalments have been paid in full
Any applicable late payment charges have been settled
FashionDot's accounts team has confirmed receipt and reconciled the payment

If you are experiencing financial difficulty and anticipate a delayed payment, contact our accounts team immediately at +91 844 863 863 9. Early communication allows us to explore payment arrangement options before a default occurs.

Section 04

Hardware Installation

FashionDot provides professional installation services for all hardware products - Plotters, Laser Cutting Machines and Projectors. Installation includes physical setup, machine calibration, software activation and an initial training session for the customer or their staff.

Installation is provided once per purchase. Subsequent re-installations, relocations to a new premises or additional installation sessions are chargeable at the prevailing service rate.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation site meets the required specifications before the FashionDot technician arrives, including:

Adequate floor space as specified in the product's site requirement document
Stable electrical supply with the correct voltage and earthing (as specified per product)
Stable internet connectivity for software activation (where required)
A designated computer or workstation meeting the minimum hardware specifications

If the installation cannot proceed on the scheduled date due to site unreadiness on the customer's part, a rescheduling charge may apply for the technician's return visit.

Section 05
