The demo happens online, and it takes under an hour
You pick the time. We connect on a video call, share the screen, and draft a blouse or
churidar from measurements you read out - your own customer's measurements, not a
rehearsed sample. Nothing is installed on your computer for the demo, and there is no
charge for it. What you are judging in that hour is whether the fit logic matches the way
your shop already cuts.
Delivery and installation are done at your shop
The system does not arrive as a courier box for you to work out on your own. Our Chennai
branch at Valasaravakkam brings it to your shop, sets it up on your table, and stays until
it is running. That matters more than it sounds: a machine that is delivered but never
properly set up is a machine that quietly goes unused.
Training is in Tamil, with your own staff
The first training happens at installation, on your machine, with the people who will
actually use it. Demo, training and support are all available in Tamil - most Chennai teams
take training in Tamil, and a cutter learns faster in the language he thinks in. The
training is built around the garments you cut rather than a generic syllabus.
Service afterwards comes from the same branch
The Valasaravakkam branch that installed the system is the branch that services it, with the
Coimbatore head office in the same state behind it. There is no separate service vendor to
chase, and no argument about whether a problem is the software's or the machine's - the
software, the pattern printer, the plotter and the laser cutter all come from one company.
The showroom is in Coimbatore, and the visit is optional
Our full showroom - software, pattern printer and laser cutter all running together - is at
Ganapathy in Coimbatore. Many Chennai buyers do the online demo first and travel to
Coimbatore only to finalise, and plenty never need to travel at all. If you would rather
see the machines cutting before you decide, the showroom is there for exactly that.
Chennai shops are not one kind of business, and the right setup follows what you cut rather
than what you can afford at the top of the range. Three patterns cover most of the city.
A boutique cutting one garment at a time
A bridal blouse counter near Panagal Park or Usman Road cuts single garments in expensive
silk, each one different. Here the value is in the draft, not the cutting: the software plus
a pattern printer puts a full-scale, exact pattern on paper for every order, so the tenth
blouse in a muhurtham week is drafted as carefully as the first. A projector does the same
job without paper at all, if you would rather cut straight from the light on the cloth.
A mixed shop taking whatever walks in
Most shops in Mylapore, Anna Nagar, Velachery or Tambaram take bridal work, office kurtis and
gents wear from the same counter. The preloaded models cover blouse, churidar, kurti, gents
wear, uniforms and kids wear from one workspace, so the shop is not turning away an order
because the master who drafts that garment is not in. This is also where the software alone
already pays: the draft stops depending on one person being available.
A unit running uniform or bulk contracts
School and company uniform contracts live and die on fabric waste and on sizes staying
consistent across hundreds of pieces. That is volume work, and volume is where a plotter or
a laser cutter earns its place - marking or cutting a full lay several plies at a time
instead of one garment at a time. Drafting at exact size keeps lay waste low, which on a
uniform run is the difference between a contract that pays and one that does not.
